This Tibetan herbal blend, based on Tibetan medical texts, strengthens vital energy and helps fight infections. The powdered herbal blend effectively strengthens the immune system during an infection or helps you regain strength afterward. It improves blood circulation and is also very suitable for preventing infections such as flu, colds, diarrhea, etc.
Directions: For children, see the instructions on the packaging. Adults: For weakened bodies or at the first signs of infection (without high fever) and for preventative purposes, take once daily, otherwise at least once a week. For the onset of a cold, it has proven beneficial to drink the elixir twice daily: in the morning and at lunchtime (before eating). It should not be taken in the evening, as its effects could disrupt sleep. Drink the elixir 30 minutes before breakfast, dissolved in either warm milk or warm water. The herbal powder should not be brewed.
