When combined with water, it forms orthosilicic acid, 80% of which is absorbed by the human body. Organic silicon is an essential building block of connective tissue, from which bones, skin, ligaments, joints, cartilage, blood vessels, hair, and nails are formed. To strengthen these organs, it is recommended to take silicon as a dietary supplement.
Dosage: Dissolve one teaspoon, approximately 3g (2.73g SiO2) in water or any beverage.
