Melatonin is a natural brain hormone that is released at nightfall and induces sleep. Melatonin as a dietary supplement helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep when taken approximately 20 minutes before bedtime. It is broken down during sleep, just like the body's own melatonin. This product is not suitable for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers.

Dosage: 1 tablet before bedtime. If needed, increase the dose to 2-3 tablets. Avoid driving after use.

Ingredients per tablet: 1 mg melatonin, excipients: bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, humectant sorbitol, L-leucine (10 mg)
