For liver regeneration
Milk thistle seeds with the active ingredient silymarin protect the liver from toxins such as bacterial toxins after food poisoning, alcohol, mold toxins, and harmful metabolic products, and support liver regeneration after hepatitis, liver inflammation, antibiotic use, or in cases of fatty liver disease. Dandelion relaxes the liver and bile ducts. It stimulates the release of bile from the liver and facilitates fat digestion. It also has a diuretic effect and helps excrete metabolic products more efficiently through the kidneys. The added turmeric supports the digestive effects of both plants.
