Phospholipids are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are essential, i.e., indispensable for our body and should be supplied through food. Phospholipidum essentiale have the ability to repair cell membranes and thereby compensate for major tissue damage and regenerate. This is particularly beneficial for liver damage, but also for any tissue in the body that is not intact, such as the skin. In the liver, they reduce collagen production and inhibit the pathological growth of connective tissue. Thanks to their polyunsaturated fatty acids, phospholipids also lower cholesterol levels, thin the blood, prevent blood clots, improve bile flow, and prevent gallstones. They are recommended for fatty liver disease, including those caused by diabetes, liver cirrhosis due to hepatitis, alcohol consumption, and medication use, as well as for skin problems such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, and other skin lesions that heal too slowly.
The added artichoke stimulates the production and secretion of bile and increases fat breakdown. It has an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect on the bile ducts and digestive tract and prevents gallstones.
Dosage: 2 capsules three times daily. Due to the polyunsaturated fatty acids, slight weight gain may occur. However, the benefits outweigh any possible slight weight gain.
