· Tablets with 600mg mulberry leaf extract (equivalent to 6g of dried mulberry leaves) slow the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream, including from carbohydrates, keeping sugar levels low and aiding weight control.
· Also suitable for diabetics, because fenugreek seeds and Gymnema sylvestre contribute to balanced sugar levels. Chromium helps absorb and burn sugar into the cells. Fenugreek seeds also improve digestion.
Dosage: 1 tablet twice daily, 20 minutes before a carbohydrate-rich meal.
The second tablet can be split in half (each half containing 300 mg extract) and taken before a smaller carbohydrate meal.
