The four well-coordinated herbs: buckthorn bark, common couch grass, caraway and flaxseed cause emptying and remove constipation. Buckthorn bark contains antonoid compounds that act on the large intestine and cause emptying 8 hours after ingestion. The other herbs, such as couch grass and caraway, relax the intestines, stimulate the flow of bile and the movement of the intestines, and improve digestion. The linseed loosens the intestinal contents with their mucilage and makes emptying easier. The herbal mixture is best drunk in the evening. It is emptied after 8 hours.
Dosage: brew 1 sachet, drink in the evening before going to bed. Do not brew more than 1 sachet in a single dose. Frequent use over a longer period of time can lead to habituation and dependence on buckthorn bark. Drink a lot during the day. Do not use more than 3 times a week.
