Oil from wheat seedlings
The oil is obtained from the germinated wheat grains by cold pressing and is natural. The oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega 3 fatty acids, which humans should ingest with food. Wheat germ oil contains the highest amount of vitamin E among all edible oils and especially the very active form Alfa-Tokoferol, which is 100% active. Just a teaspoon of the oil provides the body with the daily need for vitamin E, which is called the vitamin for youthfulness and reproduction.
